Cement tiles are handmade and will have minor variations in color shade and surface texture these are natural characteristics that cure with cement tile and should be expected. Be sure you and your agents or installer are aware of the unique logistical and technical issues associated with any tile when receiving delivery and installation.
Due to the different display contrast of monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product color. We aim to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are for use as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
Cement tile is very porous and must be protected by a sealant or grout-release before grouting. This step must be done to prevent grout from penetrating into the surface of the tile. With any sealant or grout release, you will want to apply the product very thinly: if applied thick can dry unevenly and could cause it to drip over the edge of the tile, preventing adhesion between the tile and the grout.
Make sure that you and your installer are aware of the unique logistical and technical issues that are associated with any tile, delivery, and installation.
